Shoshana & Shane White -Owners

Shoshana is a CF-L1 certified coach and is passionate about fitness and the development of others. She loves a challenge which led her from multiple Tough Mudder events to half marathons and eventually Crossfit. Since finding the sport in 2018 she has revamped her life and nutrition to ensure Crossfit is always a part of it. When not in the gym Shoshana is most likely spending time with family, but especially her two labs Maizey and Ada.

Justin Sweeney - CF-L2, Working Against Gravity Certified Nutrition Coach

Growing up as a Martial Artist, Justin found CrossFit at 15 years old and quickly fell in love. By 17 he got his CF-L1 and started coaching immediately after high school. When COVID hit, he returned to southern Vermont to continue coaching while attending the University of Vermont remotely. Justin is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Upon the return to in-person he found Droptine CrossFit and settled into this new community. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his boyfriend Matt, whether it be playing games, hiking or going for walks through town.

Justin also offers personal training! Please reach out to him with inquiries at: Justin.sweeney.coaching@gmail.com

Ali Macy - CF-L1, CF Gymnastics, CF Mobility, Precision Nutrition L1, Working Against Gravity Nutrition Coach Certified, Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance

Ali discovered CrossFit at a pivotal point in her life. Struggling to find herself during college, a friend dragged her into a CrossFit box and her whole outlook on life changed. “I found a brand-new world of people who focused more on what their bodies could do than what they looked like,” says Ali. “They were training because they had fun and enjoyed pushing their limits. They were fueling because they wanted to not only perform at their best, but also feel their best for whatever passions they chased outside of the gym.” A CrossFit coach since 2014, Ali is also a certified nutrition coach who teaches nutrition remotely. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, photography, and being outside with her Husband, Sam, and their very energetic German Shorthair Pointer, Blue.

Andrew Ede - CF-L1, CF Kids certified

Andrew Ede is a self-proclaimed “perfect ambassador for CrossFit.” After getting a little too comfortable living a sedentary lifestyle, becoming a father reenergized him to start living healthier and take up running – a marathon, in fact! But after the marathon was over, Andrew knew he needed something to help keep him moving in the right direction: Enter CrossFit. “After my first class, I knew I had found something that would continue to challenge me, both physically and mentally,” SAYS Ede. Now a CrossFit coach who’s recently completed his pursuit of a B.S. degree in Wellness and Alternative Medicine from Northern Vermont University, Andrew’s all-time favorite workout is Annie; he admittedly hates burpees with a passion. In his spare time, he and his wife teach their two kids how to love life. He also hikes, bikes, and enjoys the company of his friends.

Ben Cote - CF-L1, ISFTA, Working Against Gravity Nutrition Coach Certified, Former Parisi Performance Coach

Ben Cote has trained athletes of all ages and has almost a decade of experience creating custom workout plans for clients with all kinds of goals. Once a Training for Warriors instructor, as well as a Parisi Speed School Performance Coach, Cote realized CrossFit was where he wanted to be after the first time he tried it. “Being an athlete most of my life, I needed something to keep me motivated. I was hooked once I got a taste of the CrossFit atmosphere. It wasn’t just the ability to compete again, or the style of workout, it was the people; it’s impossible not to become a better human within CrossFit,” says Cote. He lives in Bakersfield with his wife, Lyndsi, their son Kipp, daughter Scout, and their four (yes, four!) dogs, Kai, Kaisley, Kona, and Khloe.

Brian Clukey - CHWC, CF-L2, CSCS, USAW-L1

With over 10 years of experience working in a variety of different fitness settings (e.g., group coaching, athletic conditioning, spin instruction, endurance training, Olympic weightlifting and more), Brian Clukey has a passion for continuous improvement that aligns perfectly with CrossFit. “I enjoy coaching CrossFit because it allows me to share my knowledge with all of our members and drop-ins,” says Clukey. “I think it’s valuable to celebrate every step along the way, and practice gratitude throughout so we don’t become complacent on the hard work it takes to get where we are.” In his free time, Brian enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking and winning at board games.
